Dindin is a mobile-first group planning application designed to simplify one of the most common social decisions: where to eat. Built with React Native (Expo) for cross-platform performance and Firebase for backend infrastructure, the app enables users to quickly create events, share them via deep links, and vote on curated restaurant options in real time. The system combines lightweight event creation with a structured decision flow, allowing hosts to define time, location, and a “dinner vibe,” while a custom selection engine generates a balanced and trustworthy shortlist of restaurants. This engine leverages Google Places APIs for location-based discovery and applies scoring, filtering, and diversification logic to optimize for proximity, quality, and variety while maintaining strict API efficiency. Firebase powers authentication, real-time data synchronization, and serverless functions, supporting both anonymous and authenticated participation flows. The architecture emphasizes scalability, explainability, and seamless web-to-app routing, creating a fast, intuitive experience that reduces friction in group decision-making while providing a strong foundation for future personalization and product growth.

Reely is a mobile-first social video application designed to deliver a fast, engaging, and highly interactive content discovery experience. Built with React Native (Expo) for cross-platform performance and Firebase for backend infrastructure, the app emphasizes smooth, swipe-driven navigation and real-time user interaction. It integrates external APIs for video content delivery and metadata, while Firebase manages authentication, data storage, and real-time updates. The architecture prioritizes scalability, low-latency performance, and rapid iteration through serverless functions and a modular component system. Key features include TMDB API integration for rich media discovery, RevenueCat-powered subscriptions for monetization, AdMob integration for scalable advertising, support for both anonymous and authenticated users, cloud-based synchronization via Firestore, and efficient media loading and caching strategies. Reely was built with growth and monetization in mind, providing a flexible foundation for both ad-supported and premium user experiences.

This project is a high-level clone of the popular web application Netflix. The front end was created using JavaScript with React.js and Redux. It was styled using Tailwind CSS. It uses Axios and the Promise API to make requests to The Movie DB and then displays movie data in an attractive Netflix theme. It is hosted using Firebase, it uses Firebase Authorization for login/logout authentication flow, and to create user credentials, which are stored in Firebase's proprietary database Firestore.
